Day with GranT 2

We spent the day with GranT. We ended the day with a trip to Long Horn and then to the Fairborn park. Wyatt like always tried to do everything the big kids did. We stayed for a little while then left to see if we could skype with Daddy.

Day 23: black and white

Forgive me, I dint have a black and white option on my iPhone so this was the best I could do. This is Aggie, a
Black and white dog.

Day with GranT

I know it looks like he is getting kicked, but he is really trying to ride the horses legs. Also please note, "poobie/little person" in his hand. She also rode the horse.

Day with GranT

Just starting to get wet. The water was a little cool and the temp was only 76 while we were there. I am probably a bad parent for letting him get wet. Heck, at our last base they break out winter coats when the temperate drops to 76!!

Wyatt loves these horses. He doesn't really understand how to ride them and does come up with various versions in his own.

Day with GranT

Wyatt loves this yard ornament at GranTs house. After sitting in his lap he honked it's nose.

I think he looks so tall in this picture. Trust me it is deceiving.

Day with GranT

Today we got to spend with GranT. Wyatt had a great time at Thomas Cloud park. The park is just a few minutes away from GranTs house and it's filled with playgrounds, walking
Paths, tennis courts, ball diamonds and Sprinklers!!!!! Wyatts favorite by far were the sprinklers but then again I am pretty sure he was a fish in a past life. Or maybe he just really relates to Jonah.

First, we played on the playground equipment but for whatever reason he wasn't too crazy about it. I think most of it was just geared for older children so he struggled with some of it. He did love this chain, that appeared to be broken. He kept trying to fix it. He convinced GranT to help fix it too. Let's just say that when we left the chain was still how we found it.

Probably the most random event was meeting another military mom from Orange, TX. They were en route to Eglin AFB from Kansas and were pit stopping at Wright Patterson AFB to stay with her sister while their house was being built in Florida. Totally random!!! I am sure if we'd continued to chat we would have found even more common ground. But, it was getting late and cooler and I needed to get Wyatt back in dry clothes.

Laughing because GranT took his Paci away. He had told me earlier "I neeeed it". He uses that phase for everything right now. Funny how he neeeds everything with such conviction and deep emotion!

He discovered that if he stood in the middle of this sprinkler he could touch both water shoots.
